How it works
ShopGoodwill.com/desmoines operates a lot like eBay. Most items are listed auction-style with some items listed in a “Buy It Now” format. Purchases can be shipped nationwide or picked up for free at our Johnston location at 5355 NW 86th St.
You can find detailed information about each ShopGoodwil listing under the item’s description, including dimensions and note of any authentications. Watch this video to see how our designer purses are authenticated using Entrupy.
On-Site Pickup
If you purchase an item through the Shopgoodwill.org/desmoines site, then you can pick up your purchase in our Johnston store (5355 NW 86th St). Please note that all pickup items need to be paid for through the website before picking up since we do not have the ability to accept payments on location.

10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
If your pick-up is required on a Monday or Wednesday, you may call in advance to schedule a pick-up time between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
